Health and fitness has gained
heightened importance with the increasing pace of modern times.

body are easy to do. A workout does not necessarily make you a

routine. This helps to loosen up your muscles and get the blood
flowing to prevent injury. You can either jog in place, march in
place, jump rope or do jumping jacks as warm ups. Depending on
your fitness level, this part of your workout should last at least
5 minutes and up to 15 minutes. Work on a simple plan for your
exercise routine and increase your levels as you proceed.
