This will help you plan your time better and decrease the chances of you avoiding the gym class. For best results, 45 minutes a day, 3-4 times a week is a great plan for beginners.

The correct technique is as important as dedication in fitness. All sorts of exercises and workouts require you to warm up before and cool down after the routine. This helps to loosen up your muscles and get the blood flowing to prevent injury. You can either jog in place, march in place, jump rope or do jumping jacks as warm ups. Depending on your fitness level, this part of your workout should last at least 5 minutes and up to 15 minutes. Work on a simple plan for your exercise routine and increase your levels as you proceed.
