The ever improving Nordic Track elliptical

Innovation is the watchword in the fitness equipment industry, and a company cannot afford to stand still for long. The Nordic Track elliptical trainer is one of those product ranges that just goes from strength to strength. Everyone who has owned a Nordic Track elliptical trainer probably knows that its’ build quality and overall design cannot be beaten, but most will have also discovered that there were some dead spots in the oblong cycle which meant that you were working harder with each down stroke.

While this would not have affected the vast majority of light users, a Nordic Track elliptical trainer is made for professionals too, and they probably noticed this slight imperfection in the design of the equipment. Now, it has been fixed, and the ride is smoother than ever, with a new system adding a spring to the steps so that these dead spots are all but eliminated.

Other areas that the Nordic Track elliptical has innovations over and above the competition are in the center console, which gives a clear, user friendly read out of all the various statistics that will interest you such as speed, current resistance level, and even a pulse readout taken through the hand grips.

This does mean, however, that the Nordic Track elliptical does not offer the possibility to get a good upper body workout at the same time, which might make it less attractive than other models on the market. However, with the features on offer, it seems a little churlish to criticize it on this point.
