All round shaping and trimming with a mini stepper

When choosing a mini stepper, it is important to find one which will also give your upper body a work out too, as this will tend to provide you with a good cardio fitness exercise program on top of the trimming and toning that you get on the lower body from classic stepping action. This is usually provided by resistance cords connected to the sides of the machine.
